Q10 Perm is a permanent multi-wave formula that uses natural ion therapy to create soft waves. Formulated without ammonia and monoethanolamide (MEA), the perm solution nourishes and strengthens damaged hair for quick wave expression.
Q10 Perm includes:

- Neutralizer
How to Use
1. Apply Perm Solution generously to hair.
2. Apply heat for 10 minutes and sit for an additional 10 minutes.
3. Apply Neutralizer generously to hair.
4. Sit for 7 minutes.
ADVISORY
Perform a patch test 48 hours prior to each application. Use a cotton bud to apply a small amount of the perm solution in the bend of the elbow or behind the ear. Let the test spot dry and leave on for 48 hours before washing off. If no reaction has occurred, proceed with perm application. If any signs of an allergic reaction occur (itching, swelling, irritation, or redness), wash off immediately and do not proceed with perm application.
