Refund Policy
For returns and exchanges, please contact info@repitusa.com within 14 days from the date of purchase. Please note refunds and exchanges will not be accepted for promotional and non-warranty items (i.e. Accessories, Brushes and Combs, Shampoos and Conditioners). All returns and exchanges will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund or charged at the time of the exchange. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that was paid on the order. All returns and exchanges must be in the original packaging, including any free goods which were received with the original order, and must be considered in "New" condition. A copy of the original packing slip must accompany all returns and exchanges.
The customer is responsible for any shipping and handling fees necessary to return the item(s) to our warehouse, in order to receive a refund or exchange.
Please note we are not responsible for additional shipping costs for items sent to the incorrect address, items not claimed within a timely matter (as deemed by the carrier) by the recipient, or items that fail to arrive at our warehouse at no fault of Repit USA.
