Professional Use
Premium Neutralizer is a treatment base that helps to activate and complete perm treatments for soft and natural wave expression. The liquid type neutralizer also helps to prevent damage caused by heat and alkali chemicals and minimize bond breakage.
Neutralizer Selection
N.5-L2 for hot pin perm + iron perm
How to Use
1. Apply 80ml of neutralizer.
2. Sit for 3-7 minutes.
2. Rinse with lukewarm water to finish.
ADVISORY
Perform a patch test 48 hours prior to each application. Use a cotton bud to apply a small amount of the neutralizer in the bend of the elbow or behind the ear. Let the test spot dry and leave on for 48 hours before washing off. If no reaction has occurred, proceed with neutralizer application. If any signs of an allergic reaction occur (itching, swelling, irritation, or redness), wash off immediately and do not proceed with neutralizer application.
