Premium Neutralizer is a treatment base that helps to activate and complete perm treatments for soft and natural wave expression. The emulsion type neutralizer also helps to prevent damage caused by heat and alkali chemicals and minimize bond breakage.

N.5-E2 for magic + volume magic
N.5-L2 for hot pin perm + iron perm
How to Use
1. Apply the neutralizer evenly throughout the hair to rebond and stabilize the curls.
2. Sit for 3-7 minutes.
2. Rinse with lukewarm water to finish.
