Professional Use

Monglee Neutralizer H2O2 is a treatment base that helps to activate and protect perm treatments for soft wave expression. 


How to Use

1. Shampoo with Natural Pure Shampoo to cleanse hair.

2. Apply EGF Creme to protect and prep hair.

3. Apply Monglee Perm and wind hair around rods.

4. Processing

  • If using the Hot Pin Perm Machine, process for 5-10 minutes and remove the pins, then allow the hair to sit for an additional 5-10 minutes.
  • If using regular rods, process for 15-20 minutes. 

5. Lightly rinse or spray Buffer PPT evenly and leave on for 2-3 minutes to helps neutralize remaining alkalinity and restore the hair's pH balance.

6. Apply Neutralizer generously and sit for 7 minutes.

7. Remove rods and rinse with Natural Pure Treatment.

8. Apply Kera Plain Foam and dry and style to finish.

*Avoid direct contact with the scalp.

ADVISORY
Perform a patch test 48 hours prior to each application. Use a cotton bud to apply a small amount of the neutralizer in the bend of the elbow or behind the ear. Let the test spot dry and leave on for 48 hours before washing off. If no reaction has occurred, proceed with application. If any signs of an allergic reaction occur (itching, swelling, irritation, or redness), wash off immediately and do not proceed with application.
