High10 Perm is a permanent multi-wave formula that uses natural ion therapy to create volume waves and enhance texture. Formulated without ammonia and monoethanolamide (MEA), the perm solution protects and maintains moisture balance for quick wave expression. Recommended for healthy hair types.

How to Use

1. Shampoo the hair and wind it around the rods. Once the winding is complete, apply High10 Perm Solution thoroughly to the hair.

2. Apply heat for 10 minutes, then allow the hair to process for an additional 10 minutes at room temperature.

3. Rinse thoroughly and towel-dry the hair.

4. Apply High10 Neutralizer generously to the hair.

5. Leave on for 7 minutes.

6. Remove the rods and rinse thoroughly.

 

ADVISORY
Perform a patch test 48 hours prior to each application. Use a cotton bud to apply a small amount of the perm solution in the bend of the elbow or behind the ear. Let the test spot dry and leave on for 48 hours before washing off. If no reaction has occurred, proceed with perm application. If any signs of an allergic reaction occur (itching, swelling, irritation, or redness), wash off immediately and do not proceed with perm application.
